We are excited to partner with a leading international bank headquartered in London. They are searching for a talented Compliance Manager to join their Control Room Compliance team. This crucial role within the EMEA Control Room is not just about maintaining information barriers; it’s about proactively managing material non-public information (MNPI), overseeing the Watch and Restricted Lists, and ensuring rigorous compliance with UK Takeover Code disclosures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage information barriers and conflicts of interest across the business
  • Maintain and update the Watch and Restricted Lists
  • Review institutional research and internal communications
  • Contribute to regulatory and legal change initiatives
  • Participate in global Control Room projects and risk governance forums
  • Liaise regularly with stakeholders across Compliance, Risk and Business units

Experience Required:

  • Experience in compliance, control room, or regulatory roles within financial services
  • Understanding of investment banking and global markets products
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Team-oriented, collaborative and proactive mindset
