How to prepare for a job interview at Coople

Master Your Telephone Manner

Since you'll be making outbound calls, practice your telephone etiquette. Speak clearly and confidently, and remember to smile while you talk – it really does come through in your voice!

Brush Up on Communication Skills

Excellent communication is key for a Market Researcher. Prepare by practising common interview questions and answers, focusing on how you articulate your thoughts. Consider role-playing with a friend to get comfortable.

Show Off Your Computer Skills

Familiarise yourself with data entry software and any tools commonly used in market research. If you have experience with specific programmes, be ready to discuss them and how they can benefit the company.

Highlight Your Translation Skills

If you have translation skills, make sure to mention them! Be prepared to give examples of how you've used these skills in past roles, especially in a research context, as this could set you apart from other candidates.
