The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Please only apply if you can work standing. Regular breaks will be given. This role relies heavily on attention to detail and quality assurance. Previous experience with checking stock and quality checks is desirable but not essential. All Operatives will be trained over a period of time to achieve the following: Check and measure products against technical specification Identify potential quality issues Complete receipt and quality control records using internal software systems Help with warehouse management, stock taking and booking in deliveries To pick, pack, engrave and dispatch orders To assist in the unloading, checking and distribution of goods into the business Unpacking of returned parcels To assess products to see if they need re-working or passing to Quality Control To assist with order chasing, manifesting and dealing with couriers at the end of the shift To assist in the unloading of the weekly packaging deliveries * To replenish the web
packaging locations To assist in stocktakes and restocking of packaging You will be working to KPI’s. Other Expectations: Keep not only your workstation but the room and other areas clean, tidy and safe Ensure all work recording logs are completed Ensure that you are familiar with all company policies and procedures Ensure you communicate clearly and regularly with all customers (both internal and external) and keep them updated Offer flexibility during peak periods Be punctual and maintain good time keeping at the start and at the end of the shift also at break times To carry out duties in a dignified, responsible and respectable manner Comply with Data Protection Act and PCI Compliance Regulations at all times To bring to the attention of the Company’s Safety Officer or Management any dangerous practices or potential risk as are observed * Adhere to the company’s health and safety policy and procedures
