Job summary – What to expect:

  • As the Product and Packaging Graphics Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Private Label Team with a large-scale packaging update project.
  • You will be responsible for the overall management of the tracking of the product/packaging updates whilst multi-tasking to implement areas they are responsible for delivering on time and aligned to the project requirements.
  • You will closely liaise and work alongside the Private Label Executives and Packaging Specialists within the EMEA Private Label Team to ensure effective project tracking and coordination.
  • Manage/document, via the use of a centralised report, the overall tracking of all PL and HB products/artworks that require packaging updates.
  • Ongoing track latest status as well as provide weekly rolled-up summaries/updates to key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Private Label Executives for the tracking of product launches to support packaging update changes via the NPLCO and PCO (Agile) workflows.
  • Work closely with the Graphic Packaging Specialists to understand customer requirements for artwork updates.
  • Responsible for initiating the artwork briefs, aligned to project/customer requirements and timings, within VisionPack (ESKO) graphics workflow and continuing to track these requests through to completion (including resolving any queries) within the allocated time.
  • Responsible for accurate proofreading/graphic setting checks of all artworks created by the Packaging Graphics Specialists ahead of releasing artworks into the workflow for all global reviewers to review and approve.
  • Review and analyse data from various systems to cleanse and ensure all data points are consistent.

  • We are looking for someone with a strong track record of managing projects efficiently.
  • You will also be a great multitasker.
  • You don’t necessarily need marketing experience, however coordination/administration experience in a fast-paced position would be beneficial.
