Overview

Department: HR, Talent Acquisition

Location: Fareham, Hampshire, UK

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life cycle recruitment activities including intake meetings, sourcing, engaging, working with agencies/partners, screening, interviewing, feedback meetings with managers, offers.
  • Proactively provide support to hiring managers regarding the recruitment process.
  • Partner with hiring managers on recruitment campaigns by offering guidance on appropriate recruitment processes and the writing of job descriptions.
  • Manage vacancies and candidates through our ATS (Oracle) recruitment system.
  • Provide effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring the candidate experience is maximized at every opportunity.
  • Ensure feedback to candidates following assessment or interview is provided as required.
  • Provide training to managers on our recruitment process and interview skills.
  • Administer assessments for candidates where appropriate, including running in-house testing sessions or sending online assessments and sharing results with hiring managers with recommendations.
  • Manage third-party relationships such as agencies and assessment providers when required.
  • Work toward internal Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
  • Provide data reports and insights on recruitment-related activities.

Experience/Education

  • Proven experience within Recruitment/TA, preferably within a global matrix organization.
  • Internal TA recruitment and/or agency experience.
  • Experience of strong stakeholder influencing capabilities and relationship building.
  • Experience using Microsoft packages including Outlook, Teams and Excel.
  • Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and/or HRIS platforms would be desirable.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent sourcing skills with ability to source candidates outside of typical methods.
  • Excellent English language communication both written and verbal.
  • Strong interviewing skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively at all levels.
  • Pro-active and able to use initiative to develop solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to travel to other UK sites within Southampton area when needed.
