As a Quality Technician within our Quality team, you will support the business and its Quality Management System (QMS) at Delta Park. Your work will have a positive impact on the Packaging and Distribution areas, by supporting change as part of continuous improvement projects and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
Responsibilities:- Administration of the Document Change Request (DCR) and Document Change Order (DCO) processes in the eQMS system (Agile).
- Supporting the Internal and External Audits processes, including preparation, audit participation, and assisting in the resolution of audit actions.
- Facilitating progress of records in Agile eQMS, including Quality Feedback (QFB) review and allocation, Lot Block verification, completing review of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) at Go/No Go status.
- Supporting training activities in QA processes, including DCR/DCO and use of Agile eQMS.
- Perform any other duties identified by QA Management and provide support to all parts of the organisation, as may be required.
- Generation of metrics, reports, and other measures related to the use of the eQMS to the management team.
- Review, action and update of Service Desk Tickets raised for Delta Park in relation to Agile eQMS.
The role is based at Delta Park, however local travel to Mountpark and/or Hamble may be required.
About you:We are looking for someone with:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate, with strong skills in the use of Microsoft Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel (including pivot tables and formulas), Outlook and Teams.
- Ability to identify, analyse and solve problems.
- Ability to work effectively either alone or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work across the UK Hampshire sites.
- Full, current driving license.
Experience working on the shop floor in a regulated environment (medical devices, pharmaceuticals etc.) or quality experience.
