Job Summary

As a Packaging Procedures and Compliance Coordinator in our Packaging department, you will be involved in the creation, coordination, and introduction of procedures and systems, as well as the review and adjustment of existing procedures, updating Class Marker and Training Packs in line with the updates. You will also be expected to constantly seek ways to improve and innovate training materials and processes to ensure they are received and absorbed easily by employees.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting change management process for Packaging related projects. ECO, ICA and Risk Assessment creation.
  • Liaising with multiple teams, e.g. Packaging, Engineering, PTIG, Quality and Quality Systems, Training Coordinator & Compliance Leader, and machines suppliers, with regular communication especially with Quality Systems.
  • Following the requirements of the quality management system to ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory requirements, Policies, Standards, including environment & health & safety, quality regulations, ensures adherence to eQMS system.
  • Development and implementation of procedures for new packaging machines and systems.
  • Verification and upload of work instructions (WI) and procedures (SOP) related to Packaging Training Positions.
  • Periodic procedures updates.
  • Coordinating and updating training packs, including video guides.
  • Maintaining and updating Class Marker tests.
  • Awareness of departmental costs and promote cost saving philosophy.
  • Being prepared to work in other areas of operations for specified periods of time as required.
  • Coordinating potential procedure and process changes for MDR- Landmark project.
  • Monitoring a timely delivery of SOP/WI/Policy changes – liaising with training coordinator to make sure changes are communicated and operators are re‑trained.

Qualifications

  • PC literacy and intermediate skills in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in procedure development and implementation.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile.
  • Experience of relevant departmental systems e.g. ERP & WMS and investigating problems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Continuous improvement/change orientation.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision, work effectively on your own and within a team.
  • Provide attention to detail, with a high standard of written and spoken English.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to convey information accurately and consistently.
  • Ability to work to tight schedules.
  • Knowledge of our packaging procedures.

Experience & Education

  • Previous experience with document creation and Agile DCR procedure.
  • Knowledge of packaging processes and standards.
  • Procedure development and documentation.
  • Review and adjustment of existing procedures.
  • Team collaboration and communication.
