Job Summary
As a Senior BDM, you’ll drive sustainable sales growth and market share across a defined territory by building strong customer partnerships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing product and clinical expertise, and working collaboratively across functions to maximize customer success and business performance.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
Customer Focus
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building trusted relationships that drive long-term partnership growth, customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through a blended engagement approach, collaborating with regional stakeholders, senior decision-makers, Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and store teams.
Identify opportunities to enhance the patient journey and improve retention, including contact lens awareness, fitting efficiency, post-fitting support and other practice growth initiatives.
Develop a deep understanding of customer objectives, business drivers and consumer behaviours, using insights and consultative expertise to support customer success and business growth.
