We are looking for a candidate who has a real passion for providing outstanding services, who is an ambassador of customer service and can manage fantastic teams who provide our residents with wellbeing/activities, catering and housekeeping and laundry services. The candidate will share our values of Truth, Love and Compassion and work in partnership with our Support Office Leadership Team and Home Leadership Team to enhance the lives of our residents.

Requirements:- Previous managerial experience in a hospitality environment
- Good understanding of housekeeping and general maintenance duties
- Previous knowledge of the management of a kitchen
- Experience in dealing with finance, budgets and targets
- Proven track record of leading, empowering and supporting a team
- Good communication skills (written, verbal, non-verbal)
- Strong leadership skills
