Are you a results-driven B2B marketer ready to take the lead on high-impact, integrated campaigns across the EMEA region? Our client, a well-established and high-growth B2B SaaS organisation (c.250 employees), is expanding its marketing team in the UK (4) and hiring for an EMEA Marketing Campaign Manager to play a key role in driving customer acquisition and engagement.

About the role

Reporting into the global marketing function, you’ll own the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel campaigns across the EMEA region, with the UK as your primary focus. You’ll work closely with the UK, EMEA, US, and APAC marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment across global initiatives. From digital and display to email and ABM, you’ll bring creative flair and commercial thinking to every campaign, always testing, learning, and improving performance.

Key tasks

  • Lead integrated digital campaigns to drive MQL and lead growth across EMEA
  • Collaborate with regional teams to execute paid and organic programs across display, email, and social (particularly LinkedIn)
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing operations, RevOps and wider teams across the business (high level of visibility at senior level)
  • Partner with content teams to develop engaging, on-brand assets tailored for regional audiences
  • Drive marketing strategies that accelerate new customer acquisition
  • Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, always refining based on insights

About You

  • 4+ years’ experience developing and executing marketing campaigns (B2B SaaS or tech sector experience ideal)
  • Proven success in lead generation and campaign management across the UK and wider EMEA
  • Experience driving ABM campaigns and use of ABM tools
  • Ideally experience using HubSpot Marketing for campaign management and Salesforce CRM
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
