We’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with 10+ years’ experience to join our growing design and build company based near Walton-on-Thames. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident in managing the commercial side of residential construction projects from pricing through to final account.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing job pricing and estimates
- Carrying out valuations and managing variations
- Tendering and negotiating with contractors and suppliers
