We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with 10+ years experience to join our growing design and build company based near Walton-on-Thames.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident in managing the commercial side of residential construction projects from pricing through to final account.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and managing job pricing and estimates
  • Carrying out valuations and managing variations
  • Tendering and negotiating with contractors and suppliers
  • Monitoring project costs and budgets
  • Supporting the delivery of high-quality residential projects
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years QS/Estimator experience
  • Strong residential construction background
