We are looking for a Project Support Administrator to work alongside our Project Management team and assist them with administering each project\’s life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Project Managers to ensure projects run smoothly
- Provide information to the Production team to enable them to manufacture and order the required equipment to fulfil the project requirements within the agreed timescales and budgets
- Liaising with Project Managers and customers on lead times
- Work with the Project Manager and Installation Manager to ensure faulty products are returned and tracked in line with the RAN process.
- Book deliveries and amend if necessary in line with changing installation/production dates
- Support Project Managers with urgent issues/failures – raise allocations and arrange deliveries
- Prepare the necessary site-specific risk assessments and method statements. Obtain the required approval of the client or other relevant parties
- Capture all the relevant Variation Orders to ensure cost recovery and maximise profitability – chase the customer for confirmations
- To assist our customers with queries
- Using client portals as required
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Knowledge of Project lifecycles
- Ability to read drawings and interpret technical requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Desirable:
- Manufacturing knowledge
- Fire related products for the construction industry
