We are looking for a Customer Service staff member to support the Export sales team and Export Projects Team with their daily activities and enquiries. To arrange the shipping logistics and associated documentation to enable on-time delivery of export orders.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Receive incoming sales related enquiries.
- Deal with administration of letters of credit and other export payment methods
- Liaise with Operations over the expediting of projects
- Carry out any sales and marketing administration duties when and where required by the company.
- Support visits by customers, designers and authority bodies to the company\’s premises and/or reference sites.
- Carry out additional work responsibilities when considered necessary by the management.
Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Previous and proven sales support/customer service experience
- Ability to learn and respond to technical information enquiries
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word experience
Desirable
- Previous and proven customer services experience.
- Formal sales training.
- Business related or technical qualification.
- Worked in a manufacturing environment.
- Worked in a construction industry related business.
- Worked in a project orientated or heavily bespoke product environment.
- Fire and/or Safety Background.
