Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Contributing to the sales plan implementation
  • Automating lead generation via digital tools (growth hacking, social engagement, webinars)
  • Proactively sourcing and qualifying leads based on ICP
  • Making appointments and ensuring follow-up
  • Collaborating with the CEO for lead conversion
  • Participating in online demos and presenting product benefits
  • Establishing commercial offers and follow-up
  • Promoting the product and company news on social networks

The Team: You will join a team of 10, including 3 founders. Your manager is Axel Palmaers, CEO, who values initiative and out-of-the-box thinking.

Your Profile:

  • Experience & Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years in sales or business development
  • Experience in construction, industrial, or engineering industries preferred
  • Affinity for digital products (CRM, EDM, collaborative platforms)
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (written)
