We are currently working exclusively with a well-established and respected Building Society to appoint Head of HR. Reporting to COO, the role of Head of HR will form part of ExCo and lead the building society’s people strategy, culture, organisational capability and employee experience. Head of HR will organise and coordinate the HR function to support the business to meet its goals and objectives.
Further responsibilities include:
- Develop and deliver a people strategy aligned to the Society’s business plan
- Act as a trusted adviser to CEO, Executive team and Board
- Translate strategic priorities into a clear workforce plan
- Ensure the HR function is credible, responsive, efficient and appropriately scaled for the Society
- Produce MI to share and discuss with senior leadership team to enable senior management decisions
- Manage and develop overall budget for recruitment, L&D remuneration
- Champion the Society’s values and ensure they are reflected in leadership behaviours, decision-making and working practices
