Scope: The HR Business Partner will be the first point of contact for employees and managers in UK Manufacturing (UKM) departments to provide advice and guidance in a range of people management processes which align with the HR strategy to recruit, retain and develop talented employees.
Job Summary: To provide generalist HR advice and support to managers and employees in UKM on a range of people management activities including strategy, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management and development, employee relations, employee engagement and reward. To provide an efficient operational HR service to UKM teams including timely processing and communication for new hires, promotions, transfers or other changes to Terms.
