Job summary:

As a Business Development Manager, you will plan territory coverage, develop business relationships, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing sales within your territory to ensure long-term growth.
  • Developing and introducing new products to customers.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products and market.
  • Delivering training to retail staff and clinical training in collaboration with the Professional Services team.
  • Building relationships with regional managers and representatives.
  • Representing the company at events to enhance customer engagement.

About you:

You should have sales experience, demonstrate business acumen, and be resilient. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills are essential. Experience in the optical industry is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales track record.
  • Ability to influence at all management levels.
  • Strong relationship and listening skills.
  • Experience with sales processes and investigative questioning.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the UK and internationally.
  • Computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
