Sous la responsabilité de notre Responsable RH, vous assurez la gestion administrative du personnel de plusieurs sociétés, rattachées à 4 conventions collectives différentes et regroupant plus de 200 salariés.

Vous êtes chargé de :

  • Participer au processus de recrutement : définir les profils adaptés, rédiger et diffuser des offres d’emploi, présélectionner des candidats.
  • Créer et assurer le suivi des collaborateurs sur nos différents systèmes informatiques.
  • Élaborer les contrats de travail, avenants, définitions de fonction.
  • Assurer l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs : signature des contrats, visite des locaux, remise des tenues de travail.
  • Assurer la gestion administrative du personnel : rédaction de courriers, déclarations d'accidents du travail, formations.
  • Assurer le suivi des visites médicales.
  • Apporter un accompagnement aux managers en assurant la conformité du magasin aux obligations légales et conventionnelles.
  • Participer à divers projets RH selon la politique de l'entreprise.
  • Répondre aux demandes des collaborateurs.
  • Après une période de formation, traiter les bulletins de salaire de certaines sociétés.

Profil de candidat recherché :

  • Organisé et rigoureux.
  • Bonnes qualités relationnelles.
  • Autonome, vous anticipez le travail et les tâches à effectuer.
  • Prêt à prendre des initiatives pour vous épanouir.
  • Diplômé d'une formation en ressources humaines de niveau Bac +3 minimum et justifiez d'une expérience de 3 ans en alternance ou poste.

  • Être en contact avec différents interlocuteurs : collaborateurs, managers, directions, contacts extérieurs.
