Responsibilities:

  • CPI is looking for someone who likes to work outside and enjoys working independently or on a team to accomplish day-to-day grain and agronomy operations.
  • CPI is a safety minded company thus such policies must be followed.
  • Grain and Agronomy Operators will load and unload grain commodities, blend and load dry or liquid fertilizer and chemicals, and at times load railcars at certain facilities.
  • As needed the candidate could operate heavy equipment if certified.

  • No experience necessary, training provided.
