Cooper Standard in Mexico is seeking a process engineer to support the development, setting, verification, and commissioning of new sealing strip projects.

You will debug samples, analyze defects, and work with headquarters to drive improvements.

The role covers maintaining EPDM/TPV extrusion lines and optimizing tooling, die designs, and line speed.
