Senior Sales Negotiator

• Managing the day to day sales progression of properties, keeping in daily contact with solicitors, buyers and sellers

• Overseeing the daily operations of the residential sales team and conducting team meetings

• Offering valuations, conveyancing quotes and financial service appointments

• Identifying and prequalifying potential buyers and sellers

• Securing quality viewings

• Generating reports for prepare for vendors

Cooper have a fantastic opportunity to for an experienced sale negotiator to join their clients team. They’re looking for someone who is hungry to succeed working well in a team and on their own., * At least 2 – 3 years at a senior negotiator level

• Can speak Panjabi/Telgu/Hindi/Urdu – Preferable

• Can deliver exceptional customer service

• Proven experience with valuations and sales progression

• Has strong negotiation skills

• Can work under pressure and enjoys a fast-paced working environment

• Is organised and able to multitask

• Has knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings

• Valid UK driving licence

• Competitive salary

• Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm – work alternative Saturdays 10am to 4pm bank holidays OFF.
