We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sustainability Senior Manager to join our dynamic team and help take it to new heights.

About the day to day…

As a Sustainability Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our sustainability strategy, both internally and for our clients. Your role will encompass strategy development, client engagement, project management, stakeholder engagement and thought leadership.

You will get involved in a diverse range of tasks, including:

  1. Supporting the development and implementation of sustainability strategies for the firm and its clients
  2. Drive client business development activities for sustainability, supporting our go to market activities, demonstrating ability to generate leads and expand our opportunities in this area
  3. Monitoring emerging trends and best practices in sustainability and ESG and integrating them into service offerings
  4. Providing expert guidance on sustainability reporting and assurance, carbon footprint analysis, and ESG compliance
  5. Overseeing the execution of sustainability projects (both internal and external)
  6. Liaising with cross-functional teams, coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives, including B Corp recertification, annual impact report and regulatory requirements
  7. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and regulatory bodies
  8. Facilitating workshops, training sessions and events to promote sustainability awareness and best practices (both internal and external)
  9. Contributing to the firm’s thought leadership in sustainability by writing articles, white papers, and case studies as well as representing the firm at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events

In addition to our core values, as a Sustainability Senior Manager you will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sustainability principles, and a proven track record in sustainability consulting as well as:

  1. A relevant degree and/or master’s in a related field (e.g. sustainable development, qualified accountant, environmental sustainability etc.)
  2. Significant and proven experience in sustainability consulting preferably within a professional services environment
  3. Ideally ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent
  4. Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks, ESG reporting standards, GHG Protocol and other regulatory requirements
  5. Demonstrate abilities to develop assurance frameworks using ISAE 3000 standard, or similar.
  6. Proven ability to manage complex projects with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  8. Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive environmental and social impact
