About the day to day… Every day will bring variety as you collaborate with stakeholders, Solution Architects and our development team to deliver seamless, high performance Salesforce implementations.

  • Lead and participate in discovery sessions to understand business processes and requirements
  • Gather, document and translate detailed business, functional and technical requirements
  • Configure and customise Salesforce Sales, Service and CPQ / Revenue Cloud applications
  • Manage vendors, liaise with technical teams and support smooth delivery to end users
  • Configure Salesforce and relevant third‑party applications
  • Work closely with in‑house developers to design and deliver custom integrations
  • Guide clients through best‑practice Salesforce utilisation to enhance efficiency, productivity & profitability

About you... In addition to those core values, as a Senior Salesforce Consultant you should;

Essential:
  • Salesforce System Administrator Certification
  • Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Certification
  • Proven experience implementing across multiple Salesforce Clouds
  • Strong consulting and client-facing experience
  • Established experience working across multiple Salesforce projects
  • Understanding of integrations and API best practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Mixed industry background
Bonus points for:
  • CPQ or Revenue Cloud experience
  • Revenue Cloud Accreditation (RCA)
  • Experience with CPQ+ and advanced configuration scenarios
