Are you an experienced, solutions oriented Senior Salesforce Consultant who loves turning complex business problems into elegant, scalable solutions? Every day will bring variety as you collaborate with stakeholders, Solution Architects and our development team to deliver seamless, high performance Salesforce implementations.

  • Lead and participate in discovery sessions to understand business processes and requirements
  • Gather, document and translate detailed business, functional and technical requirements
  • Configure and customise Salesforce Sales, Service and CPQ / Revenue Cloud applications
  • Manage vendors, liaise with technical teams and support smooth delivery to end users
  • Configure Salesforce and relevant third-party applications
  • Work closely with in-house developers to design and deliver custom integrations
  • Guide clients through best-practice Salesforce utilisation to enhance efficiency, productivity & profitability

In addition to those core values, as a Senior Salesforce Consultant you should have:

Essential:
  • Salesforce System Administrator Certification
  • Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Certification
  • Proven experience implementing across multiple Salesforce Clouds
  • Strong consulting and client-facing experience
  • Established experience working across multiple Salesforce projects
  • Understanding of integrations and API best practices
  • Excellent communication skills
Bonus points for:
  • CPQ or Revenue Cloud experience
  • Revenue Cloud Accreditation (RCA)
  • Experience with CPQ+ and advanced configuration scenarios
