Our CP Law team is looking for a Real Estate Director with 7 years PQE+ to develop and grow a Real Estate legal practice within our successful team. If you are a Real Estate legal expert with a passion for client service and want to work for a firm that offers freedom and flexibility to deliver joined-up, solution-focused outcomes for clients, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Build a Real Estate legal practice drawing on relationships with Cooper Parry clients and opportunities within a multidisciplinary team alongside specialists in Deals, Tax, Audit and Wealth.
- Handle a mix of standalone property matters and property work alongside the Corporate Law team.
- Represent developers, investment property clients, landlords and occupational tenants; provide support on new leases and renewals, property transfers, legal due diligence, property investment strategy and portfolio management, dilapidation negotiations, SDLT and more.
Qualifications
- A qualified Solicitor with 7 years PQE+ in real estate.
- Quality real estate legal experience at a well-known firm, in-house or at an accountancy firm.
- Expert specialist knowledge in your sector.
- Able to bring sector insight to clients.
- People person who can identify opportunities and articulate client-focused solutions.
- Passion for client service.
- Interest in learning about other Cooper Parry teams and delivering joined-up solutions.
- Client following welcomed but not required; extensive client base available.
- Open to part-time or flexible working solutions.
