12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Our Business Services & Outsourcing team is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Project Administration Manager who can lead, develop and energise our brilliant crew of Project Coordinators. If you love people, processes and finding smarter ways to get stuff done, you’ll feel right at home here.

Responsibilities

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of Project Coordinators.
  • Spotting opportunities to streamline, automate and improve how we work.
  • Working closely with Senior Stakeholders to shape better processes and ways of working.
  • Taking the lead on projects and keeping everyone aligned with clear updates and timelines.
  • Running training sessions and championing great operational habits across the team.
  • Keeping workloads balanced and ensuring Managers get the right support at the right time.
  • Partnering with our Ops Business Partner to support wider operational goals.

In addition to those core values, as a Project Administration Manager you should have:

  • Experience leading or supervising a team.
  • A background in professional services (accountancy/legal/etc.) and supporting fee‑earning teams.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the confidence to make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset; you love making things better.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
  • A good grip on Microsoft Office and comfort working with sensitive information.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with CRM/workflow platforms (like Salesforce).
  • Supporting service lines such as Audit or Tax.
  • Any project‑management qualifications.
