Our Payroll team are looking for an experienced and talented individual to join them as they embark on their next phase of growth.
About You
As a Payroll Assistant, you’ll need to have great interpersonal and customer service skills to liaise with other departments, stakeholders and external clients, as well as the ability to oversee a team and support with the implementation of new processes and procedures. You will be organised with incredible attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Support the Payroll team to ensure payrolls are processed accurately and efficiently in line with client deadlines – preparing salaries, processing auto-enrolment, and completing statutory calculations and cost reconciliations for multiple payrolls.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience working in a payroll environment
- Experience with Paycircle is preferred, or alternatively experience with multiple payroll software
- Ideally have experience of working within a professional services firm
