About The Role
Our incredible Payroll team are on the lookout for an experienced and talented individual to join them as they embark on their next phase of growth. If you have a passion for what you do, making a difference and want to work for a truly unique firm where you have the freedom to use that experience to deliver exceptional work, then we would love to hear from you.
As a Payroll Team Member, you will be supporting the team to ensure payrolls are processed accurately and efficiently in line with client deadlines – preparing salaries, processing auto-enrolment, and completing statutory calculations and cost reconciliations for multiple payrolls. We’re a national team, giving you the flexibility to work from any of our UK hubs. Travel to an office is required once a week.
About You
As a Payroll Assistant, you’ll need to have great interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively liaise with other departments, stakeholders and external clients, as well as the ability to oversee a team and support with the implementation of new processes and procedures. You will be organised and have incredible attention to detail.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience working in a payroll environment
- Experience with Paycircle is preferred, or alternatively experience with multiple payroll software
- Ideally have experience of working within a professional services firm
