About the role... Are you a super organised project management ninja? With an appetite to dive into the world of marketing and Tech & High Growth? Join Cooper Parry to take your experience to the next level and help us get s**t done. We welcome a diversity of backgrounds, but you’ll have a couple of years’ work experience under your belt and might be in a marketing job already, or perhaps top flight administration, or some kind of project management, but now you’re looking to shake things up. So make your mark and collaborate in a high-performing team.

Here’s a flavour of your day to day:

  • Events: Our Tech & High Growth team host some seriously inspiring events and you’ll help pull these together. From marketing the event beforehand to creating name badges. From tracking attendance to shouting about how many new leads and how much new business we’ve drummed up. With a focus on London but with travel to other regions, you’ll work with the Ecosystem & Partnership Leads to help make our events the place where people want to be.
  • Admin & Intel: Taking charge of regular syncs for team Tech & High Growth. Noting & sharing the right actions in the right channels with the right people. Being a diary & inbox ninja. Utilising platforms like Beauhurst to gather data on our business targets to inform market activity.
  • Content & Communications: Helping us write & schedule social media posts, co-ordinate newsletters, and send emails. Liaise closely with the senior team to gather content, create it with our comms specialists, and get it out in the market (and inside the business). Then that all important reporting on the output and analytics.
  • Brand: Using and protecting our bold brand. Collaborating with the wider team to develop and enhance it for market activity. You’ll also help others to apply our rebellious brand and tone of voice themselves.
  • Partnerships: We work with some of the best ecosystem players in the business, so you’ll support our leads in collaborating in new events, initiatives, and making sure everyone’s fully in the know and it’s a slick process (and often party!) end to end.
  • CRM: Customer Relationship Management. It’s an IT system where we record clients and prospect details, when we last spoke to them and what we said. You’ll learn what it’s all about, manage and cleanse existing data, and use it to make smart, timesaving, business decisions for our events, partnerships and to ensure best of class relationship management.
  • Being a Top Team Player: There’ll be lots of other work we need along the way too. And, as with most of the above, a big stack of it will happen by working together.

About you... As a Marketing Operations Co-ordinator, you'll be a sponge. Someone who’s looking to soak up everything about marketing and the Tech & High Growth ecosystem. Then making sure it all goes to plan: ensure our people, our processes, our projects are all aligned, and deadlines are totally nailed. You’ll be happy to try your hand at everything from working on our brilliant brand and events, to scheduling content, to data analysis and reporting. We’re looking for someone who’s highly organised and tech savvy. An admin guru who can prioritise. You’ll be an excellent communicator – unflappable, able to hold your own amongst senior players, assertive, and not afraid to say ‘no’ to some things too. Having the ‘one team’ attitude is a given.

A few traits we’d love to see:

  • A self-starter who naturally takes initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high output
  • Confident, energetic, approachable
  • Someone who’s all in: to attend evening events in London (other regions also possible) – 2-3 times a month, and who can travel to the mothership- our Sky View office in the Midlands - twice a month
  • Minimum two years of work experience in administration/ marketing/ events

About us... We’ve been dubbed ‘the rebels of accountancy’. We’re straight-talking. Never afraid to share our opinions. We put people and relationships before products and services, and deliver a streamlined, client-focused service – free from unnecessary red tape.
