Join Cooper Parry Wealth as a senior business development leader, driving growth across the North in the fast‑growing CP Wealth team. You will report to our Director of Growth, work from our North West base, and travel occasionally across the country.
Day to Day
- Lead Northern go‑to‑market activity, collaborating with central marketing on aligned campaigns, events and regional visibility.
- Represent CP Wealth at regional client events, networking sessions and market‑facing activities, ensuring strong follow‑up.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline, providing regular insight, updates and market intelligence.
- Build relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, referral partners and professional networks.
- Develop and execute regional growth plans, track performance and adjust strategies to stay ahead.
- Work with Relationship Managers, marketing and leadership to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Ensure all BD activities meet regulatory standards and company policies.
About You
- Motivated, organised and charismatic with the ability to create rapport with and influence key decision makers.
- Commercially aware and able to adapt and tailor your style to different people and audiences.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with a focus on competitive positioning.
- Experienced in business development within wealth management or financial planning.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and smash targets.
- Regional or location management experience.
