About the role... Are you organised, client‑focused, and keen to build a career supporting customers after go‑live? We’re looking for a Managed Service Executive to join our growing Managed Service team at CP Digital.
About the team… This role sits within our Managed Service function, supporting our portfolio of managed service clients post‑implementation. You’ll work closely with the Managed Service Lead and wider delivery teams to ensure clients receive a high‑quality, consistent service, helping them get ongoing value from their NetSuite system.
About the day to day… The role blends day‑to‑day client support with structured delivery of small enhancements and improvements. You’ll build strong client relationships, develop your system knowledge, and play an important role in maintaining client satisfaction and retention across the Managed Service portfolio. Day to day, you can expect to:
- Support a portfolio of managed service clients, acting as a key point of contact for day‑to‑day requests
- Log, manage, and progress client tickets through the help desk system in line with agreed SLAs
- Support onboarding of new managed service clients, including knowledge‑transfer activities
- Provide regular updates to clients on progress, timelines, and next steps
- Assist in the delivery of client roadmaps by coordinating tasks and improvement items
- Work closely with consultants and technical teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery
- Support internal process improvements to enhance Managed Service efficiency and consistency
- Support the Managed Service Lead with monthly utilisation reporting
- Contribute to the weekly account management meeting to escalate any issues and concerns, and to suggest service improvements

- An engaging, professional personality with a strong customer service mindset and confidence working with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- A logical, structured approach to problem solving and investigating system issues
- The confidence to work autonomously, with good judgement on when to escalate
- Experience in a managed service, application support, ERP support, or client facing delivery role
- Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system is desirable but not essential, as training and support will be provided.
