About The Team
We are looking for a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join our tax team, focused on building tax knowledge and experience to deliver a robust & tax‐efficient service that helps clients meet their wider objectives.
About The Day To Day
As a Business Tax Senior Manager, you'll work with Corporate Tax Partners and wider Tax teams to deliver Corporate Tax Compliance and advisory services while providing a "wow!" experience. You'll engage in a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, including:
- Manage a portfolio of more complex business tax clients within your relevant specialism, including reviewing tax returns, computations, and tax accounting disclosures
- Signing out tax returns for more complex clients working independently from the director or partner
- Pillar 2 compliance and advisory services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all tax matters and collaborating to address any tax‐related queries or concerns
- Provide expert advice and guidance on a range of business tax issues, including corporate tax planning, restructuring, and compliance
- Assist with tax investigations and disputes, liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients
- Work closely with other departments within the firm, building your internal network such as with audit and advisory to provide a seamless service to clients
- Assist with business development activities, including identifying opportunities to cross‐sell services to existing clients and generating new business leads
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our ways of working within the firm alongside other members of the manager group
- May manage a team with direct line‐management responsibility, coaching and supporting junior members of the team

As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will have extensive experience delivering a robust tax compliance service to clients and providing ad hoc advisory work.
