You'll combine relationship-building expertise with commercial thinking, helping us create opportunities, grow our network and bring new clients into the business. Working closely with Partners, Relationship Managers and marketing teams, you'll raise our profile in the market, strengthen referral relationships and help convert opportunities into lasting client partnerships. This is a role with real influence, real accountability and real opportunity.

What you can expect:

  • Drive business development activity across London and the South, identifying opportunities and supporting sustainable growth.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through networking, referrals and proactive relationship management.
  • Develop trusted relationships with Partners, professional introducers, centres of influence and high-net-worth individuals.

This isn't just an opportunity to join a growing business; it's an opportunity to grow with it. For the right individual, there is a clear pathway to progress into a director role as we continue to scale and invest in our growth ambitions.

About you... You're someone who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities. You understand that great business development isn't about the hard sell. It's about building trust, understanding what matters to people and creating genuine connections that lead to long-term success. You're commercially aware, naturally proactive and motivated by achieving results. You enjoy meeting new people, expanding your network and finding opportunities where others might not.

You'll bring:

  • A proven track record in business development/sales, with experience achieving growth targets.

  • Strong networking skills and the confidence to represent Cooper Parry Wealth in a variety of settings.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities that create value for both clients and the business.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills, self-motivation and the ability to manage a varied pipeline of opportunities.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across teams to achieve shared goals.

Experience in Wealth Management or Financial Planning would be advantageous, but it's not essential. If you've built your career developing relationships and generating new business within professional services, we'd love to hear from you. Most importantly, you'll be excited by the opportunity to join a business that's growing fast, challenging convention and creating opportunities for people who want to make their mark.
