Are you an experienced Partnerships and Alliances Manager looking for your next challenge? Do you love building meaningful relationships, unlocking growth opportunities and shaping solutions that add real value to clients and partners?
Our CP Digital team is growing, and we’re looking for a Partnerships & Alliances Manager to help us scale and elevate our technology partner ecosystem, spanning across CIO, CTO and CFO networks and other strategic vendors. This role is central to strengthening our partner landscape and turning relationships into true growth channels.
CP Digital is a digital transformation consultancy, bolstered by award winning Salesforce, NetSuite and Cybersecurity divisions. We are spearheading one of the most exciting growth journeys within Cooper Parry. Together, we’re building a unified digital powerhouse with a shared ambition: to scale fast, innovate boldly, and create a partner ecosystem that accelerates growth across every capability. It’s a genuine rocket ship environment, collaborative, high‑growth, and full of opportunity where partnerships play a critical role in shaping what comes next.
You’ll be working closely with strategic technology partners, internal stakeholders across BD, Delivery, Marketing, and our wider CP Digital capability teams — getting stuck into a varied, high‑impact set of responsibilities, including:
- Owning and developing CP's Digital's strategic partner relationships
- Designing and running co-sell motions, joint GTM campaigns and partner-led initiatives
- Managing vendor programmes, certifications, MDF utilisation and partner events
- Working with the central BD team to unlock partner-sourced pipeline
- Acting as the connective tissue between partners and CP Digital's technical and commercial teams
- Tracking, reporting and communicating partner performance and impact internally
At Cooper Parry, we’re in it together. All we ask of our people is that they play all in. You’ll continuously strive to keep learning – whether you’re a trainee or a Partner – and you’ll be brave, stepping out of your comfort zone to tackle new challenges. Above all, be nice. A simple notion, but an irreplaceable part of what makes CP, CP.
In addition to those core values, as a Partnerships and Alliances Manager you should bring:
- Experience managing partnerships in technology, SaaS, or consulting environments
- Strong understanding of hyperscaler and platform ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft, AWS, NetSuite)
- A commercial mindset and proven ability to uncover and drive opportunities
- Comfort working cross‑functionally with sales, delivery, marketing, and vendor teams
- Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and coordination skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and energised by connecting people and ideas
- Experience with co‑sell motions, joint GTM planning, partner programmes, and/or partner ecosystem management (ideal but not essential)
We’ve been dubbed ‘the rebels of accountancy’. We’re straight‑talking. Never afraid to share our opinions. We put people and relationships before products and services, and deliver a streamlined, client‑focused service – free from unnecessary red tape.
Our people are the beating heart of our culture. We know that if you love working here, and you’re given the trust and autonomy to work in a way that best suits you, you’ll produce amazing results.
That’s Why We Offer Things Like:
- A flexible approach to work - balancing working from home, in office or with clients
- A generous holiday entitlement
- An enhanced parental leave policy
- An enhanced pension scheme
- No dress code – just “wear something!”
- A multi-award-winning wellbeing offering to support your physical, mental, spiritual, and financial health
- Volunteering opportunities to work closer with local communities and charities
- Cooper Parry social/sports clubs
