We are looking for an experienced client services leader to join our growing team in London.

About the Role

As a Client Services Team Leader, you will lead and inspire a high‐performing team, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing a team of Client Services professionals, providing guidance, support, and regular feedback.
  • Overseeing day‐to‐day operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Acting as a role model for our culture and values, fostering collaboration and engagement.
  • Identifying training needs and delivering tailored development plans.
  • Conducting regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career progression conversations.
  • Supporting process improvements and initiatives that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Proven experience in a line management role within Client Services or Financial Services.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Tech‐savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Desirable

  • Experience in process improvement and change management.
  • Knowledge of training delivery and talent development.
