About the Role
As a Client Services Team Leader, you will lead and inspire a highâperforming team, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing a team of Client Services professionals, providing guidance, support, and regular feedback.

- Proven experience in a line management role within Client Services or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and compliance requirements.

- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Techâsavvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
Desirable
- Experience in process improvement and change management.
