As an Audit Senior Manager in the Tech & High Growth team, you'll be working with incredibly inspirational businesses on their journey by getting stuck into a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, including:
- Managing a portfolio of clients, taking the time to really understand their needs and the risks they face, communicating engagement progress, problems, financial information and other business concerns.
- Working alongside the relationship partner, you will build amazing relationships with your client’s key contacts to plan the audit process and deliver high quality audits.
- Focusing on planning, executing, and finalising all areas of audit assignments alongside our Directors and Partners.
- Reviewing assignments, providing constructive feedback and support to the team.
- Participating in networking and building client relationships.
- Achieving engagement profitability - billings and collections.
- Supporting partners with business development activities and client tender processes.
- Managing, nurturing and getting actively involved in the guidance and development of the team.

In addition to those core values, as an Audit Manager you should:
- Be ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Be looking for a new challenge, or rather somewhere to challenge yourself.
- Either be a Manager looking for the next step in your career or an established Senior Manager.
- Demonstratable experience managing a variety of audit assignments, as well as supporting and managing a team.
- Have the ability to lead relationships with key client contacts, communicate complex audit matters clearly.
- Be someone in the know – keeping up to date with relevant industry topics for consideration and contribution in client conversations on how it applies in the context of the audit.
- Have bags of personality, you’re good with people and, oh… you’ll be pretty good with numbers too.
