About the role: We are on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Manager to join our growing BS&O Northern Ireland team. This isn't your average accounting role; you'll be at the forefront of shaping our go-to-market strategy, delivering high-impact work, and helping fast-growing businesses thrive. You'll lead the charge in expanding our Northern Ireland offering, growing our client base while working with a diverse portfolio of clients and collaborating across our UK offices. If you're passionate about technical excellence, client relationships, and building something brilliant, this is your moment. Following the successful opening of our new Dungannon office, our next growth milestone is Belfast. You'll be at the heart of this journey, helping to drive expansion as we launch and build our presence in the city in the coming weeks.

About the day to day: You will be playing a key role in our go-to-market strategy for Mid-Market businesses, growing our client base across Northern Ireland. Identifying and converting opportunities to sell work to new and existing clients, targeting SME and OMB. Leading the delivery of new client work. Acting as the central point of contact for internal referrals, allocating work and driving growth through your internal network. Working with a variety of clients including PE/VC-backed scale-ups, UK subsidiaries of overseas groups, complex private companies, and large UK corporates. Supporting the BS&O team with technical queries, researching complex areas, and coaching the team to ensure CP policy is followed. Supporting the non-audited statutory accounts process as part of the management team.
