Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a repeatable IT integration approach aligned with M&A and strategic objectives
- Assessing IT environments to identify synergies, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver integration projects across infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT support, and data & analytics
- Planning and executing data migration, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance
- Rationalising and consolidating systems, platforms, and suppliers to optimise efficiency
- Aligning and standardising security policies and practices with the cybersecurity team
- Coordinating internal and external resources, including vendors and contractors, for integration delivery
- Reviewing and renegotiating IT contracts to fit the new organisational structure
- Facilitating knowledge transfer to ensure continuity and shared understanding
- Supporting change management, including staff training, communications, and user adoption
- Providing regular updates to senior stakeholders on integration progress, risks, and mitigation
- Addressing post-go-live issues, including technical debt, system performance, and user feedback

Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading IT integration programmes within mergers and acquisitions (M&A) environments, ideally within multi-site/multi-national businesses
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, infrastructure, and application landscapes
- Experience handling complex integration and/or carve-outs involving Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs)
- Demonstrable experience with project and programme management methodologies
- Knowledge of data governance, cyber security, and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud migration and hybrid IT environments
- Professional certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL) are desirable but not essential
