French - Accounts Payable Analyst

We're delighted to be recruiting for a French Speaking Procure to Pay Analyst on behalf of a global organisation with an outstanding reputation and a growing shared services function. Whether you already have Accounts Payable experience or you're a recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting or Business and looking to take your first step into finance, this role offers excellent exposure, training and career development opportunities.
The Opportunity
As a Procure to Pay Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting the accounts payable process across French-speaking regions. Working closely with suppliers, employees and internal stakeholders, you'll ensure invoices, expenses and payments are processed accurately and efficiently while helping maintain strong financial controls and excellent service delivery.
You'll have the opportunity to use your French language skills every day, building relationships with international suppliers and colleagues across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing supplier invoices and employee expense claims
- Supporting vendor payment activities
- Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving payment queries
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Communicating with French-speaking suppliers and stakeholders
- Supporting month-end activities and financial controls
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
- Delivering a high standard of customer service across the finance function
About You
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
- Fluent written and spoken French
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
Previous experience within Accounts Payable, Purchase Ledger or Procure to Pay would be advantageous, but not essential. Candidates with a degree in Finance, Accounting or Business who are looking to launch their finance career are also encouraged to apply.
