Our Wealth team has expanded to Manchester, and we’re seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join them on their journey.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Managing and administering clients’ assets and implementing new advice
  • Owning client data, keeping it accurate, up-to-date, and ready to deliver an exceptional service
  • Communicating with clients regularly, including supporting meetings
  • Leading the onboarding of new clients and servicing existing ones
  • Preparing, coordinating, and following up on client meetings; owning the actions and driving outcomes
  • Delivering outstanding internal support and an unforgettable client experience

About You

  • A passion for financial planning with proven administration experience in a Financial Planning firm or similar Financial Services
  • Working towards the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (desirable)
  • Ability to listen and ask great questions

  • Client-centric mindset, prioritising client needs and satisfaction
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and address them proactively
  • Solution-based approach to progress and resolve client requests
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations
  • Adaptability to changes in client requirements or internal processes
