About The Role…

Imagine diving into the heart of a fast-paced finance team, analysing data, streamlining processes, and supporting decisions that shape the future of our business – all while being part of a team that\’s curious, collaborative, and driven to make an impact.
This role is based in our East Midlands office and will begin in mid July 2026. It\’s only suitable for placement students as part of an undergraduate degree.
About You…
As a
Finance Placement Student
, you\’ll dive into real projects from day one.
This is more than just a job – it\’s a launchpad. You\’ll:
- Carry out transactional work such as raising invoices, processing expenses, and managing supplier invoices.
- Prepare routine and ad hoc financial information for the business – from dashboards and scorecards to reports that help us make smarter decisions.
- Analyse data from multiple systems and support continuous improvement across our processes and tools.
You\’ll be supported every step of the way – by peers, mentors, and even our Partners. We\’ll give you structure, but also the freedom to grow at your own pace.
We\’re Looking For Someone With
- Currently undertaking an undergraduate degree in any subject
- 3 A-levels (BBC or above, including a numerical or business subject)
- Enthusiasm about Finance and motivation to succeed
