We are looking for a Corporate Tax Manager to join our awesome tax team, who has a real focus on building on their tax knowledge and experience to help deliver a robust & tax efficient service to help clients meet their wider objectives.
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our rapidly growing Tech & High Growth Tax team who arenât just focused on the growth of the team but those in it as well. You will receive support, development and a cracking team that will back you all the way.
As a Tax Manager, youâll build and maintain relationships with some of the fastest growing, best funded tech scaleups in the UK, supporting the founders and the finance teams in these companies to deal with the tax challenges of rapid expansion. Youâll be responsible for delivering robust compliance and intuitive advisory work whilst being supported by a brilliant team.

As our next Corporate Tax Manager, you will look after a portfolio of clients to deliver both compliance and advisory services whilst providing a âwow!â experience, removing the jargon and ensuring a stellar first-rate service.

Youâll Be Owning
- Keep a diverse range of tech and high growth clients in top shape, balancing compliance and advisory services with a personal touch and helping your clients reach their growth objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on a range of business tax issues, including corporate restructuring, international expansion and supporting business gear up for their next transaction be it fundraise or exit.
- Review corporate tax returns, computations, and tax accounting disclosures, ensuring everything is spot on.
- Work closely with other departments within the firm, building your internal network, such as with audit and advisory to provide a seamless service to clients.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell services to existing clients and generating new business leads.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our ways of working within the firm alongside other members of the manager group.
- Spend time with more junior members of the team coaching and supporting with their technical development.

- A corporate tax specialist with experience managing compliance and advisory work.
- Be fully qualified in either of the following - ACCA / ACA / ATT / CTA or equivalent.
