Are you an experienced administrator looking for your next challenge? Do you thrive on keeping processes running smoothly, working with multiple stakeholders, and delivering an exceptional customer experience? We are looking for a Cyber Scheme Administrator to join our growing Cyber team on a 14-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. Based in Reading, this hybrid role offers the opportunity to support the administration and delivery of a UK Government-backed cyber security scheme. No cyber security knowledge is required – we're looking for someone with outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

About the day to day…

  • Managing the day-to-day administration of the cyber scheme from sales handover through to successful delivery
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders including Sales, Consultants and Resource Management teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Coordinating and scheduling customer assessments and reassessments
  • Supporting customers throughout the process and ensuring an excellent service experience
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working

The role will also be designed to help you grow and develop through your career journey. With access to a wide range of knowledge to help push yourself further - from Managers to Partners, the team are always happy to support you.

About you...
