As Candidate Experience Manager, youâll be the driving force behind how future talent experiences our brand. From first click to first day, youâll shape a journey thatâs fast, frictionless, and full of personality.
This is a high-impact role with scope to grow as the firm continues its growth plan leading strategic experience initiatives across the entire hiring lifecycle.
What Youâll Be Doing:
- Design and deliver a best-in-class candidate journey that reflects Cooper Parryâs tone, values, and culture
- Own the candidate experience roadmap, from attraction to onboarding, ensuring consistency and quality at every touchpoint
- Audit and improve candidate communications, interview logistics, and feedback loops
- Partner with People, Tech and HODâs to streamline processes and reduce time-to-hire
- Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and employer brand to ensure a joined-up, high-touch experience
- Coach and enable hiring teams to deliver engaging, inclusive, and timely interactions
- Use candidate feedback tools and hiring metrics to identify pain points and opportunities
- Report on candidate NPS, offer acceptance rates, and experience trends to inform strategy
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and ensure accessibility across all candidate touchpoints
- Bring fresh ideas to the table, whether itâs tech, tone, or tactics to keep us ahead of the curve
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of playbooks and toolkits
- Lead cross-functional projects and prepare to scale with the business growth plans

In addition we are looking for a Candidate Experience Manager who has:
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on candidate experience or recruitment operations
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally in professional services or a people-first brand
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems
- A passion for people, storytelling, and creating memorable experiences
Bonus Points:
- Experience in the accounting, consulting, or tech sectors
- Familiarity with candidate feedback tools
- Passion for DE&I and building inclusive recruitment processes
