Are you an Employment Tax specialist looking for your next challenge? Our Employment Tax team in Birmingham are growing, and we’re currently seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to join them on their journey.
In this role, you will take a client-focused and commercially driven approach, leading on delivery while providing high-quality technical advisory support across a wide range of employment tax matters.
As a Manager/Senior Manager within our Employment Tax team, you will:
- Lead and advise on a broad range of employment tax issues, including PAYE and NIC, expenses, benefits, and employment status (including IR35)
- Take ownership of client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Deliver and review complex technical consultancy work, including reports, advice, and calculations
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through effective pay and benefits structuring
- Oversee Employment Tax compliance and risk management
- Lead a diverse portfolio of client projects
- Support business development and growth initiatives
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Contribute to the wider Tax team strategy
