About the role... Our Audit team are on the growth train in Northern Ireland, with new offices opening following successful client wins. We’ve expanded our remit to Northern Ireland and are looking for an Audit Senior Manager to lead a dynamic portfolio of clients and help shape the future of our audit offering. With Cooper Parry's huge planned growth over the coming years, this will present great progression opportunities for those who join.

About the day to day… An Audit Senior Manager needs to be curious, sceptical, and have a questioning mindset. You need to be adaptable and versatile, with the confidence and composure to engage and liaise with clients and always on hand to support more junior members of the team. You will have the ability and experience to hold deep client relationships. As you know, this is no rigid, eyes-down and desk-bound role.

  • Leading audit engagements from planning to completion, delivering quality insights to clients
  • Managing and mentoring audit teams, developing junior staff while overseeing client relationships
  • Working with ambitious businesses, providing value beyond compliance

As an Audit Senior Manager, you’ll be a passionate and determined individual experienced in the field of audit with demonstrable experience:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified with 5+ years in an Audit Management role
  • Proven leadership and client management skills
  • A passion for problem-solving, team development, and delivering excellence
  • Be a commercial thinker, we want to understand our client's business throughout.
