We’re Cooper Parry’s Audit team – a collaborative group of professionals, passionate about delivering high-quality audits that make a real difference.
We work closely with clients to ensure transparency, accuracy, and trust in their financial reporting – helping them grow with confidence and clarity.
This role is based in either our West or East Midlands office.
This role will begin in early December 2025 and the assessment centre will take place on the 3rd October 2025
About you…
As anAudit Trainee, you’ll dive into real projects from day one.
This is more than just a job – it’s a launchpad. You’ll:
- Support audit fieldworkby reviewing financial documents such as invoices, bank statements, and payroll reports, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements.
- Engage with clientsto understand their systems and processes, attend year-end stocktakes, and contribute to audit testing and reporting in small teams.
- Deliver high-quality workby managing deadlines, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with your team to meet client expectations.
You’ll be supported every step of the way – by peers, mentors, and even our Partners. We’ll give you structure, but also the freedom to grow at your own pace.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A completed graduate degree in any subject
- and 3 A-levels (BBC or above, including a numerical or business subject)
- Enthusiasm about Audit and motivated to succeed – both in the role and in their qualification journey
