About the role... Are you a problem-solver who can proactively identify improvements? Are you organised and detail focused, able to manage competing priorities and work with business users at various levels? We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to support the ongoing configuration, maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce platform. This role is suited to someone with solid Salesforce administration experience who can manage day‑to‑day platform requests, support users, configure changes and contribute to continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be confident working with stakeholders, understanding business needs and delivering safe, well‑tested Salesforce changes. This is not an entry‑level role. We are looking for someone who can work independently on standard administration tasks and contribute to larger change initiatives with guidance from Architects and senior members of the team.

- Supporting users with Salesforce queries, issues and requests
- Maintaining user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups and queues
- Building and maintaining reports, dashboards and list views
- Supporting data quality activities, including duplicate management, data updates and data clean‑up

- Supporting testing of Salesforce changes, including preparation of test scenarios and validation of outcomes
- Assisting with release activities, change control and deployment preparation
- Documenting configuration changes, support processes and user guidance
- Monitoring platform usage and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Working closely with Developers, Architects and Business Analysts on project delivery

- Awareness of integrations and how Salesforce connects with other business systems
