Westhill | Fully Office Based | 37.5 Hours per Week | Permanent Position Cooper Parry Finance Recruitment (Formerly Hutcheon Mearns) are delighted to be supporting our client in the subsea technology centre to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant to their team on a full time, permanent basis. The role will be fully officed based at our clients office in Westhill. This is a great opportunity for an experienced accounts payable assistant to join an established business at an exciting time in their growth journey. The Opportunity The Accounts Payable Assistant position will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing of general finance functions. Key duties will include: Ensuring accurate processing of purchase invoices (PO & non-PO), employee expenses and company credit card claims for all global entities Handling any supplier queries Preparation of payment run Any other tasks directed by the line manager Background & Experience We are keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate: 3 years of experience within a busy accounts payable role Experience within a similar sector would be advantageous Ability to operate on own initiative as well as part of a small team and to work well with all levels of management Must have the ability to work to tight deadlines, have excellent communication skills, detail oriented, positive and professional Knowledge of NetSuite would be advantageous but not essential Excellent computer skills required including Excel and PowerPoint Next Steps If you have experience in accounts payable and are looking for your next opportunity in Aberdeen, we'd be delighted to hear from you.
